The Carmichael Job Agency will pair job hunters from the #ourcarmichael area with employers from the #ourcarmichael area after revamping resumes, addressing phone etiquette, customer service, dress codes and team work amongst other tips. There will be a mandatory (but free) workshop job hunters must attend before being paired with any companies that are hiring.
The Carmichael community has over 200 businesses that have been employing persons that have not undergone any specific job training. The preference of employers now is that the applicants now receive some training on how to conduct themselves and what is expected of them. That's where we fit in.
