VOLUNTEER
We are united in one cause - making a difference in our communities and in the lives of our residents. We organized ourselves into teams with specific mandates to be as effective as possible.
Each of our teams organize their respective events and could use your assistance.
Presently we have organized ourselves into the following teams:
1. Bingo & Breakfast Team
2. Dinner & Movie Team
3. Seniors and Children Team
4. Job Agency Team
5. Community Farming Team
6. Workshops Team
7. Scholarship Assistance Team
8. Mentorship and Community Activism Team
Each of our teams and initiatives could use more hands on deck. If you can dedicate 2 hours per month or more we'd appreciate it and it would make a HUGE difference in our communities and the lives of so many people.

We've been fortunate to have Bahamas Waste join us since October as a corporate sponsor as they've committed themselves to providing the pottys and garbage bins for each of our events.
We gladly welcome the assistance of any company that wishes to support our initiatives in whichever way you can.
Several persons have expressed an interest that they'd like to make a general donation to the Carmichael initiatives and we've launched an online 'crowd funding' page that allows persons to securely make donations in any amount from their computers or phones.

GENERAL DONATION
Activism is generally associated with some public action designed to raise awareness around an issue usually related to matters of social, political or economic importance. Community can range from a group of individuals within a neighborhood or defined region, to the world community.
